SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Trebleblue.

After your order has been processed, please allow 8-20 business days for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email your package has been sent! If more than 6 weeks have passed please contact us immediately at info@thestarwatches.com to review the status of your order. Of course, you can contact us anytime you want if you have any enquiry.


RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, send us an email and start the process of return.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To start the process, please send us an email.

Please be sure to write your name, order number, and request (exchange/refund, size or style wanted in exchange, etc.) on the package, and be sure to RECORD AND EMAIL US THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGE. We DO NOT cover shipping costs for returned items. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your are approved, then your refund will be processed.

BUYER’S PURCHASE PROTECTION POLICY

All orders placed on this store are covered by our Buyer’s Purchase Protection Policy where if a customer does not receive his/her order within 60 days after purchase, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Any product marked on sale is not eligible for a refund. We only issue full refunds to products not on sale during the time of your order.
